Project:
PopBase creators was the first ever public pilot using the PopBase technology and tools. The app allowed established social media creator brands to use our high end tools to engage with their audiences and monetize on the interactive experience. ​ The program focused on active, Micro-Macro influencers who wanted to use our tools offer this immersive experience to their fans. We were very fortunate to work with this talented group that helped us refine our systems to this level of maturity. We highly recommend you check out their channels!
Project:
You are Sol, a demigod who aspires to greatness. But to gain power, you must conduct your vulnerable follower, Ikarus, through a kinetic landscape of hostile space stations, dangerous debris, and angry enemies. With your powers, you can control space and time, but only if Ikarus collects enough offerings to maintain your status! Shield Ikarus, blast his enemies, send satellites spinning out of orbit, and help him capture the ultimate offering. SOL is a music based virtual reality experience developed in partnership with Danny Elfman.
Project:
AMY ENGINE is a PC based, exciting, story-driven 3D robot-recycling, collect-em-up action game that is played as a series of levels grouped into zones. As Amy and her friends progress, the world around them slowly crumbles. Each successive zone will be more damaged than the previous, forcing the players to use what they have learned and gathered to patch and rebuild their environment under increasingly harsh conditions. At the end of each zone is a final challenge with its own unique puzzles or challenges.

The PopBase core team acted as lead engineering, art tech, UI and VFX design on the project for the advertising firm that produced the project for Sony Pictures. Back then we were still known by our corporate name: Binary Bubbles, Inc. Based on the acclaimed 2017 Marvel Studios and Sony Pictures film, the Spider-Man Homecoming VR Experience is a fun and thrilling first person look inside the world of your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man. Fun fact: this Unreal Engine based virtual reality experience was PopBase's first project!

A PopBase technology demo, working as a Web-Based (HTML5) application, featuring the web-slinger himself. PopBase's proprietary technology allows anyone to turn their message interactive and responsive 24/7 at minimal effort and cost, using any visual environment, style and avatar - on any platform (VR,AR, WebGL, Mobile, PC, Console etc) through a code-less dashboard. This is not a licensed application, it is just a proof of concept for what our technology can do. This demo and was not done for commercial or monetary purposes, but it's a pretty great showcase of our tech's value prop!
Project:
The Virual Buddy is an immersive use case based on PopBase's patented technology and design methodology. A custom PopBase dashboard can enable IP owners to turn their brand sentient through always-on, world-aware digital characters. This demo showcases the "Virtual Buddy" - an augmented reality digital character controlled through our custom dashboard. Through the dashboard, the user can make the character respond to external stimuli such as visual, sound and geolocation through a series of custom integrations.
Meet Clover! He's an adventurer who lives in a hollowed out butternut squash. He's got a lot to do: friends to make and places to go. As a patient, Clover does have few extra tasks so that he's properly prepared for his adventures. ​ But he's not stressed out about it, so you shouldn't be either. Learn about his life, and help each other out as you navigate his next adventure! PopBase aims to improve medical literacy for children and their caregivers through a gamified, digital world and characters to improve long term health and decrease healthcare costs.
